I’m a dynamic writer, researcher, interviewer, and digital artist who has a passion for design and loads of experience in office assistance/management + client services.
I’ve spent the past 20 years mastering a wide range of skills through various roles. Over the course of my professional career, I’ve often excelled at a combination of these tasks, alongside leading, consulting, and supporting clients, staff, and management.
I have a BA and MA in English Literature and Creative Writing, a Graduate Certificate in Technical Writing, and a Micro Credential in Social Media Strategy. I’m an expert at planning, research, design, content, and data analysis.

I live and work business hours in Southern Ontario (EST time zone), but my services are virtual, so I’m happy to help clients across Canada.
